I've eaten these scrumptious burgers for over 30 years. Their great customer service and awesome burgers have never let me down.

Went inside to order food to go. Manager Lawanda was ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL, She smiled from the time we walked in until we left. This was the best experience we've had at this location. Keep it up, you made our WEEK sweetheart!!!

The meat itself was old and dry. The they put so much of the "special sauce" On it the entire hamburger was mushy. The French fries was cold. The only thing that was any good quest actual lemon pie. I hope it was just a bad day. Definitely not the usual.

It was tasty...but i ordered a double cheese burger.... didn't get any cheese 😕.. Milo's is always good.

We went through the drive through today around noon. (Well I didn’t I’m home with sick children and my husband and I are sick but my brother went by for us to get food) The lady in the drive through was beyond rude. She rushed him and cut him off. He couldn’t even finish the drink order. She was also rude at the window. And left off our sauces. You need new employees. Or to train them better. I’ve worked in food service from when I was 16 until I was 20. Everywhere I worked trained us to make sure the customer leaves happy. Even in a lunch rush on a Sunday. The food being delicious is the only thing that saved this review.

Fastest Milos. Lovely and cheerful lady at the register. Lobby was clean during lunch rush and food was well done to my liking. Thanks guys

Good food but slow service

Gravy Burgers are the best!

Charged me for four sauces, which I got none of, but for some reason gave me a free apple pie that I didn't ask for and I can't eat. Disappointing. Manager was nice enough though.

the girl working the window was incredibly friendly and the food came out fast, correct, and great. not much more you can ask for

Incredible breakfast! Conecuh sausage on the freshest, butteriest biscuits! Grits were amazing, as well! And, Milo's famous tea to top things off!

We came in late almost at closing time. And they were still very cordial.We love their burgers fries and the Milo sauce!

If you haven't been you gotta try it. This one was clean and the staff was friendly. They're known for their hamburgers and sweet tea, but the best kept secret is their chicken fingers. Probably better than your favorite chicken restaurant's. The Boom-Boom sauce is my favorite.

The Milo burger was not very tasty as it's reputation. No longer get 1 1/2 pieces in burger. Fries taste like all others, not with enough season salt. I've eaten Mlos since the 70's and the were always unique. Not anymore. Won't go back.

The customer service was great. The atmosphere was good. I ordered the kids tenders combo. My food was hot and fresh.

I have loved Milo's from the first time I ate there. I'm not crazy for the onions, but the burger is great without them. You can't beat the sauce! Don't forget to try the traditional fried pies! Yum!

The chicken tenders are so big and so juicy!!! They were hot and fresh. With my first time they let me tryout all of the sauces to see what I liked!!! They were fast and efficient!!!

It's not bad for quick bite burger,

Polite and quick service. The fries were tasty and well seasoned. We were not fans of the special sauce. It was bitter and overpowering. The menu in regard to the hamburgers was hard to decipher. We couldn’t tell what toppings went on each burger. We look forward to going back to try the breakfast in the future.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. IF YOU MUCH HAVE MILOS, AVOID THE FORESTDALE LOCATION

First time at any Milo's and I had a great experience! Very friendly staff, generous portions and tasty burgers and chicken strips! The secret Milo's Sauce is great and reminds me of Emeril's Essence in liquid form. Very good and love the iced tea!

Excellent fast food place. The burgers are great, the staff is friendly, and quick to getting your food out to you. Definitely a great example of outstanding fast food customer service.

Milo's is addictive! They've got the best burgers in town! What's in Milo's sauce anyway? I don't even care and I need four cups of Milo's with a large seasoned fry to get the optimum sauce to fry ratio. I love there lemonade and am grateful I can pick up a gallon of it at Walmart. Milo's is the one splurge I gotta have every week!

If you have not done Milo’s breakfast you are missing out. I have recently found the grits bowl. Best fast food grits around. They will add bacon, eggs, and cheese as add ons. I love to put ketchup on my grits (don’t knock it till you try it). Only complaint with this location is they don’t look open for breakfast but I assure you that they are.

This particular Milos messed up my order, I called to let them know they offered to fix it or replace my order which they did. But the problem is my second order was worse than the first order. I order a three-piece combo and a four piece combo my chicken breading was falling off the chicken like it was soaking in grease. I have never had a problem out of my chicken finger combo besides until I went to this location. I am new to the area I’d rather drive all the way across town just to get Milo’s then go to this one again.

I went through the drive through today and I wasn’t sure what to expect considering the way things are right now. Fortunately, I found a lot of smiling faces and happy teammates. Oh, and literally the best Milo’s burger I’ve ever had. Thanks for being there to feed us during these strange times!

Went through the drive thru for lunch, no wait and the staff at the window was very courteous, however when I got home I felt short changed. I ordered the 4 piece tender combo and these tenders are disappointing to say the least. One tender measures only 2.5 inches and the other three not far off. There are also fewer fries than you would expect. I've purchased this meal numerous times from this location and have never received a meal like this. I asked for extra Milos sauce for my mom's burger but they put it in my tray so my guess is that they shorted me because of this? No idea but this is unacceptable for a meal costing $7.59. I'll be checking my food before I leave the parking lot or going in from now. Hopefully this was just a one-time thing.
